Step 3: Ongoing Coaching & Support

Then we will have virtual check-ins at a frequency that works best for you. For those who want to get to their goals faster, weekly check-ins are recommended. These sessions are designed to:

  • Tackle any challenges you are facing
  • Adjust your plan so it continues to work for you
